MARINA YURIEVA
Festival Co-Director/President
Marina has been involved with the film festival since 2017. She coordinates social media and email communications for the festival. She is employed by Jackson Labs.

SHANE ENGSTROM
Festival Co-Director/Treasurer
Shane has been involved with the film festival since 2000, acting as Director/Co-Director since 2008 and prior to that serving as Secretary for 7 years. Shane is employed by Webster Bank.

JAIME ORTEGA
Vice President
Jaime has been involved with Out Film CT since 2016 and has a bachelors degree in film and digital media. He is a social worker for the State of Connecticut.

JIM ROGERS
Secretary
Jim has been involved with the festival since 1998. He has also acted as General Counsel for the film festival. He is a partner at Lavigne, Mark, Rogers & Bruggeman, LLC.
