SHANE ENGSTROM
Festival Director/President
Shane has been involved with the film festival since 2000, acting as Director/Co-Director since 2008 and prior to that serving as Secretary for 7 years. Shane is employed by Webster Bank.

WENDY PEEK
Vice President
Wendy first attended the festival in 2000 and began volunteering in 2022. She is Professor Emerita of English at Stonehill College.

DAVID KIRK
Treasurer
2024 is Dave’s first year as a committee member, but he has been attending and financially supporting the festival since 2001. He is recently retired from PricewaterhouseCoopers.

PETER MICHELSEN
Secretary
Peter has been involved with the festival for one year, but he’s been attending the festival since 2015. He is recently retired from Pfizer.

JAIME ORTEGA
Board Member at Large
Jaime has been involved with Out Film CT since 2016 and has a bachelors degree in film and digital media. He is a social worker for the State of Connecticut.
